Passport Shell 2.0 - Ultralite Travel Wallet

I order items in the US but this is super delayed

the magnetic strip came off the first time I opened it. Low quality materials. Couldn't have been a worse purchase...

Though the body was fine, the leather on both of my wallets were glued poorly - the black one moreso than the blue one. I was told that only the black one failed QC and they offered to send me a new one, which I did appreciate. However, they sent me the wrong model. I am waiting for the right one to be sent. I am also disappointed that they they considered the blue one of passable quality when the bunching of the leather at the corners did not look particularly clean, given the price point.

I received my dash wallet(thin one) last week and reached out about the lid not closing completely. I have not received any responses and my wife is leaving for the country on the 21st of Feb.

Customer service reach out promptly and was able to rectify. the defective piece and sent a replacement free of charge.

I like the case and the magnets seem strong and close nicely. I bought a black and a blue passport case that can hold 2 passports. The problem? Upon opening the slot for the passports the only accent part in the case, a small plastic/chrome accent piece that is glued into place falls off in the blue case. Just disappointed when the first thing that happens is a small detail. Please use better glue in the future. Otherwise it is what they advertised but I would not buy a second time.
