We believe in our wallets, and you should too. If anything were to happen to your wallet within the first 2 years, we hope that you will send it back to us for repair or replacement. Under normal conditions and use, the wallet should last you a long time.

Dash Wallet will. Ot close completely

I received my dash wallet(thin one) last week and reached out about the lid not closing completely. I have not received any responses and my wife is leaving for the country on the 21st of Feb.

Update:

Customer service reach out promptly and was able to rectify. the defective piece and sent a replacement free of charge.

Case is good but easy accent piece fails

I like the case and the magnets seem strong and close nicely. I bought a black and a blue passport case that can hold 2 passports. The problem? Upon opening the slot for the passports the only accent part in the case, a small plastic/chrome accent piece that is glued into place falls off in the blue case. Just disappointed when the first thing that happens is a small detail. Please use better glue in the future. Otherwise it is what they advertised but I would not buy a second time.

We can replace that for you under our 2-year warranty! Some of our early units were left in excessive heat during storage and compromised the glue on a small percentage. We've resolved that issue now!

LOVE THE BLUE

Omg I’ve been using the blue passport shell 2.0 on my Japan trip and I absolutely love it. It is super light weight to begin with, but once it’s loaded up, it’s perfect.

Cheap looking and feeling plastic. Worst is that my passport doesn't fit in it, making it completely useless.

I have bought 2 pieces 1 month ago and for now I am totally happy.
It is exactly the same like in the site description and it is totally protective for my pasport.
